Three great Western performers join the stage together for this highly entertaining look into the world of the cowboy through food, stories and song.
Stories and music will transport you to cow camps, around the campfire and though the wide open spaces of the American West.
Two Show Options:
Cooking Demo and Show - 4 pm
Experience authentic cowboy cooking with Kent Rollins as he prepares some tasty samples off the grill and from the Dutch oven. In this intimate 1 hour show, Kent will demonstrate tricks for grilling over hardwood coals, share his top tips for caring for and cooking in cast iron and pass out some warm Dutch oven dessert.
Sample tastings will include: grilled appetizer, Certified Angus Beef steak, Dutch oven bread pudding.

This option also includes a ticket to the evening show featuring Kent, Brenn and Andy. Cost $85
Evening Show 7 pm
Enjoy a full evening performance where Brenn, Andy and Kent take the stage to share some classic cowboy entertainment. Cost $35

An energetic and high-spirited cowboy poet and humorist from Pinedale, Wyoming, Andy offers history, heritage and hilarity of the cowboy culture through traditional poetry and storytelling. Andy has received the Male Poet of the Year numerous times from the Western Music Association and is the producer and co-host of the "Clear Out West (C.O.W.)
